Location map of residence in Japan

Dont have interior view for now, but following is the overview map of where I would be living:

My apartment is called: “Yokohamon Weekly Kennai #1″ (higlighted in purple circle). Its on the backside of a Junior School (brown circle). The Isezaki street’s subway exit #4 (cyan circle) is at a distance of 1~2 minute walk from the residence, which I will be taking to office. The office (not shown in map) is at a 20 minute walking distance from residence. So, on subway it will take I think round about 10 minutes max.  Let see how the weather is, and if its pleasent then I will just ditch the subway (which will be free for me anyway, cuz company will provided transportation cost) and just walk home to enjoy the streets, culture and weather

and does anyone have any idea if language of japenese streets can be changed into english somehow?
